How long will my item take to ship?

If you have purchased a ‘ready to wear’ piece or an item from our ‘earrings’ section, it will take approximately 7 business days to arrive within Australia (if you purchased it 'instock'). If you purchased a ‘Designer Headpiece’ it can take anywhere between 1 week to 4 weeks depending on if your product is in stock. Please contact us directly to find out back order dispatch. 

If you have ordered a custom design, the design time will be discussed with you in the consultation.

Do you ship internationally? How long will that take?

Yes! We love seeing our products on people all over the world. If you are having issues understanding or getting the international shipping to work, please contact us and we will help you further. The shipping times will be between 7-12 business days for express, and 12-20 days for regular. (this is not taking into account any international customs holding times as these are out of our control). All orders shipped outside of Australia are subject to additional shipping charges. Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have any questions relating to customs charges, please contact your local customs office. 

What happens if I receive my item, and its not quite right?

ASHLEE LAUREN pieces come from a place of love, so we want you to be truly happy with your choice. However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out how we imagined. We want you to take some care choosing your piece, as we do not offer full refunds due to the nature of the products. But some good news! We do offer store credits or exchanges, and there is a 2 year expiry on these so you're all good! We will accept your return within 5 days of your order's arrival*  All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached, and unworn and in original condition. Returns are replaced with an exchange or a store credit. Please email - hello@ashleelauren.com.au - with your return request within 5 days of the date your item was delivered. The returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any return packages not received. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to your account and sometimes a little longer if you need an exchange. You will be emailed a unique code to use online in the future. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office. *Sale items, all earrings and items purchased using a promotional code are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom designs are not eligible for return, they are a final sale.

Do you customise your pieces?

Yes, we love to make pieces that suit your outfit perfectly. Please contact us here for more info.

I don't know what to choose, can you help me decide?

Yes! We have a wonderful on site stylist that can offer you an initial styling service for $30. This service can be undertaken via email or skype and will include 30 minutes of research and advice on products that we recommend with your chosen look. If you decide to purchase, the $30 then becomes a credit toward your product choice!* Please contact us for more info.

How do I care for my Ashlee Lauren item?

ASHLEE LAUREN millinery and jewellery items are extremely limited; each piece is handmade and is a piece of contemporary art. So with that in mind you must expect some slight variations in design, however our goal is to make the headpiece the same as the design you order or to the custom design brief. When you receive your headpiece, please treat it as a fragile item as some materials will not withstand impact. You must also be aware that any kinds of environmental factors such as hairspray can effect the metals or leather so please keep them away from your headpiece.If you have received your headpiece and it is has been broken in the mail, please contact us immediately. For all jewellery items, please ensure you have no allergic reactions to metals. All of ASHLEE LAUREN jewellery is made from either stainless steel, brass, Stirling Silver or is either 925 silver or 18 karat gold plated. If you have an allergic reaction to any  metals then we advise not to purchase or wear them. There are no refunds on jewellery. Are you online only, or do you stock elsewhere?

We are currently looking to expand into more Australian states with our Bridal Range. Currently, our Earrings range is available in Myer Melbourne, Chadstone, Sydney and Brisbane. Seasonally, we have Millinery available in the same Myer stores.
Once we have more confirmed stockists, we will update our list and also advise you on our social pages.
